Biography: A modern sounding, highly energetic power trio, playing catchy yet demanding music, vaguely reminiscent of Muse, Tool, A Perfect Circle, NIN, Deftones, Porcupine Tree, Karnivool and Dead Letter Circus: This is INVIVO.

The band, based in Udine – Italy, was originally formed in 2007 by Marco Celotti (vocals, guitar, songwriting) and Elvis Fior (drums). Their first EP “Mars”, produced in 2008 @ SaojoStudios (www.saojostudios.com), represented an intriguing mix of rock with alternative and progressive elements.

In 2009 INVIVO expanded their line-up with the addition of Michele Orselli on bass, and soon after hit the studio to record their self-produced debut LP “Change Tomorrow” (released in April 2010). Just a few months later the band’s second EP “Warp” signaled their evolution towards a more powerful, bold yet elaborate style.

Eventually, in early 2012, INVIVO began collaborating with producer Fabio Trentini (Guano Apes, H-Blockx, Subway To Sally, Mr.Mister and many others – www.fabiotrentini.com). The result of their combined efforts is an electrifying and multi-faceted new album “Arise” @ Birdland Studio (http://www.birdlandstudio.it/), which is scheduled for release in September 2013.

As a live band INVIVO have performed at several international music contests in Milan, Florence and Rome, as well as supporting many national artists (Rezophonic, Garden Wall and Extrema among others).
